Biography

Jake Wesley Rogers, born December 19, 1996, in Ozark, Missouri, is an American pop musician and songwriter. He began playing guitar at age six and later learned piano and voice training. At 15, he appeared on the seventh season of America's Got Talent, advancing to the top 48 before being eliminated. In 2016, Rogers released his first single "The Ghost In You" independently, leading to his debut EP Evergreen in June 2017. He moved to Nashville at age 18 to study songwriting at Belmont University. After graduating in 2018, Rogers released the EPs Spiritual (April 2019) and Pluto (October 2021). In May 2021, he signed to Warner Records via Tranter's imprint Facet Records, releasing his debut major label single "Middle of Love" alongside the announcement. Rogers made his TV debut on The Late Late Show with James Corden, performing "Middle of Love."
