Biography

Jack Slater, a German death metal band from Cologne and Bonn, was founded in 1995 by Alexander "Sobo" Sobocinski and drummer Sebastian "Sepp" Mohneke. After several lineup changes, Jack Slater released the mini CD Crescendo in 1998 and the album Playcorpse in 2001. Other releases include Metzgore (2004), Blut/Macht/Frei (2008) and Extinction Aftermath (2010). Jack Slater announced their disbandment in 2011 and played their final concert at the Metal in de RÃ¤be Festival in Haltingen.
