Ä°skender Ali PaydaÅ, born on July 22, 1967, in Istanbul, Turkey, is a notable Turkish musician and arranger. He began his musical journey at age three with the drums and by five was taking piano lessons and performing as "Büyük Ä°skender." PaydaÅ's professional career started in 1986 when he joined Kayahan's orchestra as a keyboardist, accompanying him at the 1990 Eurovision Song Contest. Throughout his career, PaydaÅ has collaborated with numerous artists including Mirkelam, Nilüfer, Nazan Ãncel, and Sertab Erener, serving as a producer, arranger, and music director. He released two albums, Zamansız Åarkılar (2011) and Zamansız Åarkılar II (2014), featuring songs like "Doktor" and "Batsın Bu Dünya". In 2020, PaydaÅ founded PayRec, a production, music, and entertainment company with studios in Istanbul and Bodrum.
