Biography
Murat Boz (March 7, 1980) is a Turkish singer-songwriter and actor. Born in the city of Karadeniz EreÄli, he mastered the piano and violin during high school and enrolled in Istanbul Bilgi University in 1999. He took his first steps in music as a background vocalist for Tarkan and then launched his solo career with the album Maximum (2007), whose title track topped the Billboard Turkey charts later that year. His meteoric ascent to fame continued the albums Åans (2009), AÅklarım Büyük Benden (2011), and Janti (2016), all of which spawned several charting hits in the Turkish Top 20. In addition to his music endeavors, Murat Boz has also starred in the films Hadi Ä°nÅallah (2014), KardeÅim Benim (2016), and Ãldür Beni Sevgilim (2019). In 2022, "Sonsuza Dek," his collaboration with singer Ebru GündeÅ, cracked the Top 10 of the Turkish Singles Chart.
