Biography

Ila Auto, a bluegrass band from Oslo, Norway, was established in 2005. The group initially gained traction with their debut album If You Keep Pickin' It Might Never Heal, released in 2006 on Auto Records. Following this, they released Over the Next Hill in 2008 and Ila Auto in 2010, both under the same label. In 2016, Ila Auto won the Spellemannprisen award for their album Pent Brukt. The band has received notable awards, including the Spellemannprisen in 2006 for their debut album and the audience award at the European World of Bluegrass festival in 2011.
