HK & les Saltimbanks is the side project of Kaddour Haddadi aka HK, singer-rapper and member of Ministère des Affaires Populaires, a band based in the Lille region. Their debut album, Citoyen du Monde, was released in January 2011. Blending instruments and music from all horizons, it is the bearer of a politicized and militant song, with a simple and touching humanity. In 2012, the politically and socially committed group released a second album, Les Temps Modernes. After the HK interlude Présente les Déserteurs in 2014, the group returns with Rallumeurs d'Ãtoiles in 2015.
