Biography
Great Gable was formed in Bunbury, Western Australia in 2014 by Alex Whiteman (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Matt Preen (lead guitar), Chris Bye (bass guitar) and drummer Callum Guy. The group released EP GG in 2016, followed by Modern Interactions (2017) and Lazy Bones Tapes (2019). After signing with ADA Worldwide in February 2020, they released debut album Tracing Faces onâ¯August 7,â¯2020, which entered the ARIA Albums Chart at number⯠78. Subsequent releases include On the Wall in the Morning Light (Julyâ¯2022). The band toured, supporting acts such as Ocean Alley and The Jungle Giants, and contributed to causes through donations and CanTeen Side of Stage program.
