Biography
Goreaphobia was an American death metal band formed in Philadelphia in 1988. Founded by Alex Bouks and Chris Gamble, the group released the demo tape Morbidious Pathology (1990) and the EP Omen of Masochism (1992). They performed on the Tour of Possession with the band Immolation in 1992. After disbanding and reforming, Goreaphobia released the compilation Vile Beast of Abomination (2006). Their recordings include the albums Mortal Repulsion (2009) and Apocalyptic Necromancy (2011). Goreaphobia became inactive in 2012.
