Biography
Gods of Blitz is a German rock group formed in September 2004 in Berlin. The band released its debut album Stolen Horse in 2005 on Four Music, featuring singles such as "The Rising" and "Greetings From Flashbackville". In 2007 they issued the album Reporting A Mirage, followed by Under The Radar in 2009. The group toured extensively across Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Austria, and opened for acts like Wolfmother, Maxïmo Park, and Fantastischen Vier. In May 2008 bassist Sebastian Gäbel departed, replaced by Nico Kozik, and the band later disbanded after a tour. They reunited in May 2012 for two shows, and in 2020 released the album Now and the single "Cactus Complex".
