Gemma New (born 27 December 1986) is a New Zealand-born conductor. She is the Musical Director of the Hamilton Philharmonic Orchestra in Hamilton, Ontario. In 2022 she was appointed as the first female principal conductor of the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra.
