Biography

An eclectic saxophonist, GaÃ«l Horellou made his name with the Collectif Mu in 1994, and has been involved in a wide range of jazz and electro projects: Cosmic Connection with Philippe Garcia (2000-2006), NHX (2003-2008) and Dual Snake, his drum'n'bass alias. A regular partner of Laurent de Wilde, he invited him on the Explorations album (2006), recorded as a sextet. After working as a trio on the live album Pour La Terre (2008), GaÃ«l Horellou went on to form a sextet in 2010.
