Biography
Free Throw, formed in Nashville, Tennessee, in Aprilâ¯2012, emerged from the graduation of its founding members, including vocalist Cory Castro, guitarist Lawrence Warner, and bassist Justin Castro. The bandâs breakthrough arrived with the EP Free Throw (2012). The band released albums Those Days Are Gone (2014), Bear Your Mind (2017), What's Past Is Prologue (2019), Piecing It Together (2021), and Lessons That We Swear to Keep (2023), along with EPs Lavender Town (2014) and Missing Pieces (2018). They toured as an opening act for Empire! Empire! (I Was a Lonely Estate) and signed with Wax Bodega. In 2026, they followed up with Moments Before the Wind.
