Biography

Frédéric Blais, known professionally as Fred Everything, was a French-Canadian electronic musician and DJ born in Hull, Quebec. He began his career in the early 1990s performing at raves and clubs across Canada under the moniker "Everything." In 1993, he opened for Sasha at Montreal's Metropolis club night. Fred Everything released his debut album Under The Sun in 2000 through 20:20 Vision. He gained popularity in Europe after performing at a festival in Glasgow in 1997 and later moved to London for an extended European tour. Notable remixes include Derrick Carter's "Life Is Like A Circle" and Bran Van 3000 and Roy Davis Jr.'s "Watch Them Come." Fred Everything won two awards at the Mimi Gala in 2002, being voted "Best DJ in Montreal" and "Best Electronic Artist."
