Biography

Foxy Shazam was an American alternative rock band from Cincinnati, Ohio, formed in 2004. Founded by lead vocalist Eric Nally, the group originated from the nu-metal band Train of Thought. Renaming the group to Foxy Shazam, the band released the debut album The Flamingo Trigger in 2005. After signing with Ferret Music, they released Introducing Foxy Shazam in 2008.In 2010, the band signed with Sire Records and released the self-titled album Foxy Shazam, which included the recordings “Wanna-Be Angel”, “Unstoppable”, and “Oh Lord”. They released The Church of Rock and Roll (2012) and the self-released album Gonzo (2014) before becoming inactive later that year. Foxy Shazam resumed activity in 2020 with Nally, Sky White, Teddy Aitkins, Alex Nauth, Misster Universe, and Devin Williams. They subsequently released the albums Burn (2020), The Heart Behead You (2022), Dark Blue Night (2023), Animality Opera (2025), and Box of Magic (2025).
