Biography

Fabrizio Cammarata & The Second Grace was an Italian indie folk band based in Palermo, Sicily, formed in 2005. Led by singer and acoustic guitarist Fabrizio Cammarata, the group included slide guitarist and keyboardist Fabio Rizzo, bassist John Riggio, and drummer Fabio Finocchio. Their debut album, The Second Grace, was released in 2007 via Edel Records. The band gained significant attention with their first single "Antananarive", which featured a music video directed by Sergi Capellas and shot in Palermo's historical center. This video received heavy rotation on MTV Italy, boosting the bandâs popularity. Between 2005 and 2008, Fabrizio Cammarata & The Second Grace toured extensively, opening for notable acts such as Iron & Wine, Devendra Banhart, Carmen Consoli, The Devastations, and Dufus.
