Eyes Adrift was an American rock supergroup consisting of Krist Novoselic on bass guitar, Curt Kirkwood on guitar and lead vocals, and Bud Gaugh on drums. The band's lineup brought together members from notable acts: Nirvana, Meat Puppets, Sublime, and Long Beach Dub Allstars. Their self-titled debut album was released on September 24, 2002, featuring a blend of punk, grunge, and country influences. The album included the single "Alaska", which was released in March 3, 2003. Eyes Adrift toured the United States in mid-2002 but disbanded in 2003 following the commercial underperformance of their debut album. After the breakup, Kirkwood and Gaugh formed Volcano, while Novoselic became a political activist before joining Giants in the Trees.
