Biography
Emika is an English musician who emigrated to Berlin and was discovered by the Ninja Tune label in 2010. In October 2011, she released her dubstep- and trip-hop-influenced debut, with a rather dark tone. Further EPs and an album, DVA (2014), followed before the creation of her own label Emika Records, which produced the classic album Klavimi in 2014, and the following year the electronic album Drei.
