Edis, whose real name is Edis Görgülü, is a Turkish pop musician who was born in London on November 28, 1990. He moved from London via Izmir to Istanbul, where, despite his love of music, he started his acting career after graduating. In 2011-2012, he starred in series such as Dinle Sevgili and Hayatımın Rolü before finally being offered the chance to record an album. in 2014, he released his first single "Benim Ol", which made it to number 2 in the Turkish Top 20. Further singles followed, including "ÃokÃok" (2017), his fifth single, which also made it to number 2 in the Turkish charts. in 2018, he released his long-awaited debut album Ãn, whose lead single "Roman" (2018) climbed to number 1 in the Turkish charts. Further popular releases followed and Edis also made a name for himself as a duet partner. In 2018, he released the song "GüzelliÄine" with singer Emina JahoviÄ and in 2020 a duet with GülÅen, "Nirvana".
