Biography

Dorian Holley is an American musician and singer. He began his professional career as a backing vocalist for Michael Jackson during the Bad world tour in 1987. Holley performed with Jackson on all subsequent tours, including the Dangerous World Tour (1992–1993) and the HIStory World Tour (1996–1997). He also collaborated with other artists such as Rod Stewart in 1991 and James Taylor from 1994 onwards. Holley's vocal ability was praised by music critics during these performances. In addition to his singing career, Holley served as a featured vocalist on the first three seasons of Dancing with the Stars and worked as an associate music director and vocal coach for American Idol.
