Biography

Kim Dong-hyun, born on 12 February 1989 in Seoul, was a South Korean singer, actor and model known as Donghyun. After completing studies at Myongji University, he entered the entertainment industry with a debut appearance in the 2008 MBC drama Elephant, followed by a joint acting debut with his bandmates in the 2013 Japanese idol drama GOGO Ikemen 5. He also starred in the 2016 Korean drama The Miracle. In 2014 he received the Asia Model Festival award for Male Rookie of the Year (Musical Category). Donghyun contributed OSTs and musical tracks, and released his first solo single "Happy Death Day" in 2026.
