Real name Gwladys Dubois, Demwazel Dys is a French singer and musician from Martinique. She learned to play guitar and bamboo flute, then worked as a communications officer, before embarking on a musical career. Her style blends Creole chanson, from bèlè to zouk, traditional Caribbean music and pop. After making her debut in 2022 with the song "Fèmen zyé'w", she gave concerts and began a parallel career as an actress. In 2024, she released "Pa ni tan" and "Maman m'a pas dit", before her first hit , "Lésansyèl", ranked No. 47 in the Outre-Mer Songs chart in early 2026.
