Biography

Decius are a London-based electronic supergroup renowned for their dynamic fusion of acid house, disco, and techno. Formed in 2014, the group comprises brothers Liam May and Luke May of Trashmouth Records, Quinn Whalley of Paranoid London and Warmduscher, and Lias Saoudi, frontman of Fat White Family. Their debut single, "Come To Me Villa," was released in 2014 on More About Music. Although it didn't achieve commercial success, it garnered attention from DJs such as Jacob Meehan, Derek Plaslaiko, Mike Servito, Carlos Souffront, and Josh Cheon of Dark Entries. In November 2022, Decius released their first full-length album, Decius Vol. I, on The Leaf Label. The album received critical acclaim. In January 2025, Decius released their second album, Decius Vol. II (Splendour & Obedience), also on The Leaf Label. The album continues their exploration of electronic music, blending various genres to create a unique sound.
