Biography

Dealership, an American indie rock band from Berkeley, California, was formed in 1995 at UC Berkeley by Chris Wetherell and Chris Groves. After a Primus concert, Wetherell bought musical equipment and recruited Miyuki Jane Pinckard on guitar. The trio released their debut album Secret American Livingroom in 1998 and launched Keiki Records to release TV Highway to the Stars in 2001. Their third album, Action/Adventure, was released on Turn Records in 2004. Dealership embarked on their first U.S. tour in 2005, including performances at the X-Games. The song "Dots and Dashes" from their unreleased album The Future is Far Away was included in Harmonix's iPod rhythm game Phase.
