Daniela Paz Aleuy Young, born on September 4, 1976, in Coyhaique, Chile, is a Chilean singer and songwriter. She won the "Nescafé Concert" and pursued a music career, performing in pubs until producers discovered her talent, leading to appearances on TV shows. She signed her record contract with Warner Music Group in 2000 and released her debut album Asà soy yo in 2001. That year, she represented Chile at the Festival de Viña del Mar with the song "El juego del amor", securing second place and winning the "Artista Revelación" award from APES. Subsequent hits like "Sol" and "Alguien como tú" further propelled her career. Aleuy wrote and produced her second album Creer during 2004 and 2005, and released it in 2006. She returned to performing with an all-female band and signed with La Oreja.
