Biography

Click-B is a South Korean boy band formed in 1999 under the Daesung Entertainment agency, now known as DSP Media. The group initially started as a fusion of rock and dance beats. They made their musical debut with their self-titled studio album Click-B (1999). In 2000, they gained recognition by winning the M.net Japan Viewer's Choice Award at the Mnet Asian Music Awards. Capitalizing on their early success, they released their second studio album, Challenge (2000) and followed it up with Click-B3 (2001). The group received a nomination for Best Male Group in 2001 for their song "Undefeatable." By 2002, they had changed to a four-member formation, and they released their fourth studio album, Cowboy, in 2003. The year 2004 saw Click-B collaborating with K-pop duo J-Walk to form a project band called JnC. After this collaborative effort, Kim Tae-hyung exited the group to focus on personal interests. The remaining trio released their fifth studio album, Smile, in 2006. Following a period of relative inactivity, all seven original members reunited for a brief comeback in 2011. They released two singles, "To Be Continued" in April and "빈 자리 (Empty Seat)" in November. Both singles earned them a nomination at the Mnet Asian Music Awards. In 2015, the group released the album Reborn. This led to their first concert in thirteen years, named "7-3=7" in November 2015.
