Claudio Alcaraz (born May 26, 1977, in Mazatlán, Sinaloa) is a Mexican regional singer-songwriter who spent his early years playing locally and singing with groups such as Los Osuna before landing the role that put him on the national banda map: from 2004 to 2014 he was one of the lead voices of La Adictiva, fronting the band through a decade of major touring and radio-era hits. After leaving the group, he launched his solo career with his own backing band (Banda Once Varas), introducing himself as both singer and writer with âHola, ¿Qué Tal?â (2014), the song that became his signature calling card. He followed by building a solo discography around romantic banda and grupero storytelling, anchored by albums such as Cuando Quieras Quiero (2014), Para Amanecidos (2018), Inigualable (2018), Dicen de Mà (2019), and Como Sea (2020), then moved into a more party-forward lane with Puras Perras (2023). In the mid-2020s he leaned heavily into live takes and collaborations with touring bandas, releasing projects like Nuestras Rolas (En Vivo) (2025) while continuing to issue singles and guest appearances across the banda circuit.
