Banda Los Sebastianes was formed in MazatlÃ¡n, Sinaloa, in 2012 under the leadership of SaÃºl Plata and Plata Entertainment. That same year, they released their debut album Nuevo Imperio, which produced four successful singles. âPiÃ©nsalo Bienâ and âEl Rock del Tristeâ quickly climbed radio charts, while âAferrado,â written by Espinoza Paz, stayed among the top-requested songs for over 12 weeks. Their breakout came with the fourth single, âEl Que Sigue de MÃ,â whose music video earned them national recognition as a rising band. In 2013, after a serious bus accident that left singers Armando, Paul, and Miguel injured, the band paused for nearly three months before returning with Gracias a Ti, featuring the popular ballad âVas a Sufrir.â In 2014, they followed with hits like âSinceramente,â penned by Horacio Palencia, âNo SÃ© QuÃ© Es MÃ¡s FÃ¡cil,â and âTodo Incluido.â In 2015, they welcomed vocalist Rafael Kelly DÃaz and released Indeleble, their first album with Fonovisa/Universal Latino. The lead single, âPor Si No Recuerdas,â charted in both Mexico and the U.S. In 2016, Luces, CÃ¡mara y AcciÃ³n produced standout tracks like âEl Cuento Perfectoâ and âSe Me OlvidÃ³ Quererte.â Their 2018 album En Vida featured âEn Vidaâ and "Mi Meta Contigo." A year later, Banda Los Sebastianes returned with A TravÃ©s del Vaso, a concise 7-song album whose title track became a massive hit and earning nominations at the Latin Grammy Awards and Premios de la Radio. Over the next few years, Banda Los Sebastianes continued to tour and release music, including LPs such as La Vida en un Trago (2020), Sin Miedo al Ãxito (2021), Hecho Para Ti (2023), and Pa' Delante (2024). Their 2025 album Voy a Levantarme featured the single "Sabes QuÃ© Hora Es," which reached number 46 on the Billboard Latin Airplay chart.
