Chun Yongsung (born August 10, 1987, in Icheon, Gyeonggi-do) is a Korean singerâsongwriter who began performing in local folk venues before releasing his first single in 2012. His early work, including the 2012 releases "First Song" and "Second Verse", established his presence in the indie scene. In 2019, he issued the album Year of Kim Il-sung's Death, followed by Drowned in 2021, both receiving critical acclaim for their lyrical depth. In 2026, he released the EP Sumyeongsan Park and singles such as "Pickled Cucumber" and "Eyelids", expanding his audience. The track "Tong Tong Tong" from his EP Sumyeongsan Park was released in March 2026 which entered Melon's Top 500 Melon domestic chart at rank 197 the same month.
