Biography
Chris Simmons is a UK folk-pop singer-songwriter working largely with the acoustic guitar who has been compared to the likes of Neil Finn, among others. Emerging on the scene in the early 2010s, he released his debut single, "You Could Have It All," in 2013 followed by a steady succession of other singles over the years, including "The Deepest Wound" (2017) and the London Fields EP (2018). His breakthrough came with the release of charity Christmas single "A Cold December" in 2024. The song went to number 8 on the Official UK Physical Sales Chart and was written to raise money for UK bereavement charity AtaLoss.
