Biography

Christopher Ashley Luke Cayzer, born on December 29, 1986 in Brisbane, Australia, is a Filipino-Australian singer and actor. Raised by Filipino parents, Cayzer's early career began with a break in local show business during a vacation in the Philippines. In 2006, he released his debut album Chris Cayzer under NuGen Music, featuring the singles "I Got You" and a remake of Lisa Loeb’s "Stay." He also contributed to the soundtrack for Bituing Walang Ningning. Cayzer hosted shows on Myx TV from 2007 to 2008 before moving to GMA Network. In 2009, he released his second album You're the Only Thing under Warner Music Philippines, which included the self-composed Tagalog song "Loko." He appeared in various television series and variety shows until moving back to Australia in 2013. Cayzer also competed on The X Factor Australia in 2012, reaching the Top 6 in the Over 25 Category.
