Biography
Child Bite is an American punk and metal group formed in 2005 in Detroit, Michigan. The band is led by founding vocalist Shawn Knight and longtime bassist Sean Clancy. They debuted with Wild Feast in 2006, followed by the EP Gold Thriller in 2007. They released the albums Fantastic Gusts of Blood in 2008 and The Living Breathing Organ Summer in 2010. Their subsequent extended plays include Monomania (2012) and Vision Crimes (2013), and a spring 2013 split 7-inch with David Yow. In early 2014, the EP Morbid Hits, featuring guest vocalist Phil Anselmo, was released exclusively on 5-inch vinyl via Housecore Records. The band's later studio albums include Negative Noise (2016) and Blow Off the Omens (2019), and they toured the United States with acts such as Pantera, Lamb of God, and Down.
