CÃ©sar Menotti & Fabiano is a Brazilian sertanejo duo formed in 2001 by brothers CÃ©sar Menotti da Silva and Fabiano JosÃ© da Silva, who grew up in Minas Gerais and started out playing bars and university parties before breaking nationally in the mid-2000s.
