Biography
Boskops are a German punk ensemble from Hannover formed in 1981. The group was established by former members of the band Blitzkrieg and achieved professional recognition within the hardcore punk scene. Their recording career began with the debut studio recording Sol 12 (1983), followed by Lauschgift (1985). They achieved professional recognition through contributions to the compilations We Don't Need Nuclear Force (1986) and Hardcore Vol. 1 (1988). The ensemble became inactive at the end of the 1990s but resumed activity in 2012. Their discography includes the studio recordings F.E.D.I.A. (1988) and Non plus Ultra (1991).
