Blanche is an American alternative country band from Detroit, Michigan, formed by Dan John Miller and Tracee Mae Miller. The group emerged following Millerâs earlier work with Goober & the Peas in the 1990s. Blanche releases include If We Can't Trust the Doctors (2004), What This Town Needs (2006), and Little Amber Bottles (2007). The band gained recognition for its dark, roots-oriented sound and has performed at international festivals like Lowlands and the CMJ Music Marathon, as well as opening for artists such as The White Stripes, Loretta Lynn, and Wilco.
