Jaida Dreyer is an American country music singer and songwriter, born in Thunder Bay, Ontario. She debuted in 2012 with the singles "Guy's Girl" and "Confessions", both charting on Hot Country Songs. In early 2013, she released her third single, "Half Broke Horses". Dreyer's debut album, I am Jaida Dreyer, was also released in 2013, under Streamsound Records, a label founded by Byron Gallimore. She wrote nine songs for the ABC television musical drama, Nashville. Notable tracks include "Dreams" and "This Town", performed by Hayden Panettiere's character Juliette Barnes and Clare Bowen's character Scarlett O'Connor, respectively. Dreyer was crowned the winner of the inaugural season of USA Networkâs Real Country show in 2018.
