Bizarrap is the pseudonym of Argentine DJ and producer Gonzalo Julián Conde. Born in the city of Ramos MejÃa on August 29, 1998, he is mostly known for his series Bzrp Music Sessions and Bzrp Freestyle Sessions, which feature a whole host of collaborations with both local and international artists from the urban genre. His career began in 2017 with Los Combos Locos, a compilation of videos where he combined footage taken from freestyle battles with a little bit of humor. These became extremely popular on his personal video streaming channel and soon enough, Bizarrap was making remixes for some of the hottest hip-hop and trap artists in the Argentine scene. His breakthrough hit arrived with a remix of Dukiâs âNo Vendo Trap,â which led to invitations by Dani, Ecko, Paulo Londra, and Khea to remix their tracks. In 2018, Bizarrap kicked off his Freestyle Sessions with Kodigo and his first Music Session arrived in 2019 featuring Belgian-Argentine rapper Bhavi. By 2020, Bizarrap was one of the most highly sought-after producers in the Latin urban scene. âMamichula,â a single he produced for Trueno and Nicki Nickole, reached Number 1 in Argentina and Spain and even broke into the Billboard Global 200 chart. That same year, the 36th installment of his Music Sessions featuring Nathy Peluso reached Number 4 in Argentina and 11 in Spain, rapidly obtaining platinum certification by Promusicae. 2022 found the Argentine producer Bizarrap establishing his position in the global music scene with several notable releases and achievements. In July 2022, he collaborated with Spanish rapper Quevedo on "BZRP Music Sessions, Vol. 52," a track that topped charts in multiple countries and reached number 1 on the Billboard Global 200 chart. This success was followed by "BZRP Music Sessions, Vol. 53" featuring Shakira, which not only peaked at number 9 on the Billboard Hot 100 but also broke several Guinness World Records for a Latin song in terms of views and streams. In 2023, Bizarrap was honored with his first Latin Grammy Award for "BZRP Music Sessions #52" with Quevedo. Continuing his momentum, in 2024, he released "BZRP Music Sessions #61" in collaboration with Luck Ra, getting into the Top 5 of the Argentine Hot 100.
