Biography

Billy Klippert is a Canadian rock singer-songwriter. He rose to fame via the first season of Canadian Idol, finishing third. His self-titled debut album was released in 2004, under Orange Record Label and reached the number 36 spot on Canada's top 100 albums chart. The second studio album, Naked and the Simple Truth, was released in 2006, with the first single being "Going Under". In March 2007, Klippert won a Canadian Music Week Indie Award for Favourite Pop Artist of the Year.
