Big Foot Mama, a Slovenian rock group, was founded in Ljubljana in 1990 by Robert SrÅ¡en and Jože Habula, consisting of Grega SkoÄir on vocals, Alen Steržaj on bass, Daniel GregoriÄ on guitar, Zoran ÄaliÄ on guitar, and Jože Habula on drums. They started as a high school band covering rock'n'roll hits before transitioning to original music. Their breakthrough came with the release of their debut album Nova pravila in 1995, followed by Kaj se dogaja? in 1997. The band's popularity peaked with their third studio album Tretja dimenzija in 1999, establishing them as a leading pop-rock act of the decade. They performed extensively across Slovenia, filling major venues like Križanke and Tivoli Hall. In 2010, Big Foot Mama celebrated their 20th anniversary with the documentary Tist' dan v tednu.
