Biography

Big Boss Man, a funk and Latin band from London, England, was formed in 1998. The group consisted of Nasser Bouzida on organs, percussion, and vocals, Badger Burgess on bass guitar, Trevor Harding on electric guitar, and Desmond Rogers on drums. Their first significant break came when they were signed to Blow Up Records after performing at the Wag club in Soho, London. The band released their debut single "Sea Groove" in 2000 and their debut album Humanize in 2001. Notable tracks from the album include "Big Boss Man" and "Sell Your Soul". In 2006, "Party 7" was featured in Nike's FIFA World Cup campaign advertisements. Big Boss Man embarked on extensive European tours, including performances at festivals like Le Rock Dans Tousses Etats in Évreux, France.
