Biography

BÄrÄd was an Iranian rock band formed in Tehran, Iran, and consisted of PouyÄ Mahmoudi on vocals and guitar, Ärash Moghadam on drums, Aydin Naeeni on guitar, and KasrÄ Saboktakin on bass. Their debut album BÄrÄd was published by Hermes Records in 2003. In January 2004, BÄrÄd performed at a charity concert for the victims of the Bam earthquake. The band disbanded two years after the release of their debut album, with Mahmoudi pursuing a solo career and some members supporting Meera during live performances.
