Biography

Bacamarte, a Brazilian progressive rock band, was formed in 1974. In 1983, they released their debut album Depois do Fim, which was recorded in 1978. The album gained significant recognition and is ranked number 66 on the Prog Archives Top Studio Albums of All-Time. Bacamarte disbanded after 1983. Sete Cidades was released in 1999, largely considered a solo work by Mario Neto featuring keyboardist RobÃ©rio Molinari. The original lineup reunited for occasional performances under the same name in 2012 and 2014.
