Simon Paul Berry, known professionally as Art Of Trance, was born in 1970 in the United Kingdom and is a prominent figure in electronic music. He began his career in 1993 with the release of "Cambodia," "Deeper Than Deep", and "The Colours". His breakthrough came with the single "Gloria" later that year, establishing him as a notable DJ and producer. Art Of Trance's debut album Wildlife On One was released in 1996. He continued to produce influential tracks such as "Octopus", "Kaleidoscope", and "Madagascar", the latter reaching Number 1 on the UK Dance Singles Chart in June 2002. Throughout his career, Art Of Trance has released several albums, including Voice Of Earth (1999) and Retrospective (2009). He has also remixed tracks for various artists such as Quietman, Moogwai, and Steve Jablonsky. Art Of Trance's music has been featured on numerous compilations, including Tranceport 2, Global Underground 017: London, and Upfront Trance.
