Après La Classe, an Italian ska punk band from Aradeo, Lecce province, was formed in 1996. The group released their self-titled debut album on Edel Italia in 2002. Their 2003 single "Paris" became a hit in Italian clubs and radio stations. In 2004, they released their second album, Un numero, followed by Luna Park in 2006. Après La Classe has collaborated with notable artists such as Sud Sound System, Caparezza, and Giuliano Sangiorgi of Negramaro. They have performed at the Concertone del Primo Maggio in Rome multiple times. Their album Mammalitaliani (2010), produced with Caparezza, featured the hit single "Mammalitaliani". Subsequent albums include Riuscire a volare (2014) and Santa Marilena (2022).
