Biography

Anna F., born Anna Wappel on December 18, 1985, in Friedberg, Styria, Austria, is a singer-songwriter known for her work in pop rock and folk music. Her breakthrough came in 2009 when her song, "Time Stands Still", was featured in a television commercial and reached number 38 on the Austrian charts. Her debut album, For Real, was released in February 2010, peaking at number 3 and earning her two Amadeus Austrian Music Awards for "Pop/Rock" and "Album of the Year." In 2014, she released her second studio album King in the Mirror. Anna F. has also acted in films such as Invasion (2012) and The Man from the Ice (2017).
