Ángel Cervantes is a Mexican singer-songwriter from Tijuana, Baja California, whose music moves between Regional Mexican, corridos, sierreño, folk fronterizo, urbano-influenced pop, and romantic songwriting. He became interested in music while taking guitar classes in secondary school, with Gerardo Ortiz and Arcángel among his early inspirations, and began his formal career in 2021 with his first EP. His recent release history gained pace in 2022 with “El Vagón” with Daniel Vazquez, “El Periquito,” and “Flow Wanda (En Vivo).” In 2023, he expanded through “Fresita En El Insta” with El Padrinito Toys, “Arriba Mi Culiacán,” “Se Acelera” with Virlán García and Daniel Vazquez, and the collaborative album Desde la Cima with Daniel Vazquez. In 2024, Ángel Cervantes released “2 Pa 2” with GHT Official, “Rosita Fresita” with Hector Vargas and Fend, and “No Vengas A Buscarme” with Adrian L Santos and La Receta, his first release under Fonovisa. In 2025, he issued ANTECEDENTE, a 12-track album built around love, identity, nostalgia, and transformation, with guests including Adrián L Santos, Sahir Montoya, Miranda León, La Receta, Héctor Vargas, Dani OG, and Luis Sandoval. Ángel Cervantes continued in 2026 with “holanda,” a collaboration with EL DE LA TINTA and Sahir Montoya released through FONO/Universal Music Group México, followed by “La Glock” and “Tattoo.”
