Biography
Alex Mofa Gang is a German rock band formed in 2012 in Berlin by singer and lyricist Sascha Hörold. The group's musical journey began with demos recorded by Hörold in 2012, which evolved into their debut album Die Reise zum Mittelmaà der Erde, released in 2016. The band toured extensively, performing with acts like Madsen and Jennifer Rostock, and headlined numerous tours across Germany. They also performed at major festivals such as the Hurricane Festival and Deichbrand Festival. Their second album Perspektiven was recorded in January 2017 and in 2019, they released Ende offen with Redfield Records. In 2022, the band released Nacht der Gewohnheit, followed by Euphorie am Abgrund in 2024 under Merchcowboy Records. Alex Mofa Gang also celebrated their 10-year anniversary with a concert at the Capitol in Hannover in 2022.
