William Gazelle Fields Jr., known professionally as Aha Gazelle, is an American rapper from New Orleans, Louisiana. He began his musical journey at a young age, playing trombone in middle school and drums by the age of 13 at his father's church. He began experimenting with music production at 15. By 16, he released his first self-produced mixtape under the name Trill Will. At 17, he taught himself piano by ear and released #TeamGMG the following year. In 2014, Aha Gazelle released his first official mixtape, Greenbeans and Tuna, which gained local and online recognition. His breakthrough came with the release of "Vegeta" from Free Barabbas in 2015. This success led to a signing with Reach Records in 2017 by Lecrae. Aha Gazelle's debut album for the label, Trilliam 2, was released on June 9, 2017. In 2018, he announced his departure from Reach Records and continued to release several singles and albums independently, including 180 in January 2020.
