Biography

French pianist Adam Laloum started playing the piano at the age of ten. Studying at the Conservatory of Toulouse, Laloum received tuition from Daniel Beau before moving on to the National Conservatory of Music in Paris where he studied under Michel Béroff. He began performing live, playing concerts both solo and orchestral. He won the Clara Haskil International Piano Competition in 2009 and the Victoire de la Musique in 2017. He has recorded several performances for physical release including 'Humoreske, Op. 20' by Robert Schumann and Johannes Brahms's 'Sonata for Clarinet and Piano' with clarinettist Raphaël Sévère.
