Biography
ACxDC is an American powerviolence and hardcore punk band from Los Angeles, California, formed in 2003. The group initially consisted of vocalist Sergio Amalfitano and other members who were still in high school at the time. Their early releases include the EP He Had It Coming (2005) and the split release "Give Up Give In Quit!" (2005). ACxDC gained attention for their controversial recordings, such as the cover art of He Had It Coming, which featured a Vietnamese cop shooting a crucified Christ. The band went through multiple lineup changes before releasing their debut full-length album, Antichrist Demoncore, in 2014. This album was produced by Taylor Young and mastered by Brad Boatright. In 2020, ACxDC released their sophomore album, Satan Is King, which included the singles "Satan Is King" and "Copsucker". Their third album, G.O.A.T., was released in 2024 along with the single "Thot Police". Other notable releases include the EPs The Second Coming (2012) and The Oracles of Death (2016).
