Zuhal Olcay is a Turkish singer and actress born as Zuhal Ä°Åanç on 10 August 1957 in Istanbul. She achieved professional recognition as a stage and film actress before beginning a musical career in 1989 with the musical Evita. Her recording career includes her debut studio album, Küçük Bir Ãykü Bu (1989), followed by the studio recordings Ä°ki Ãift Laf (1990) and Oyuncu (1993). Olcay received the Golden Orange Award for Best Supporting Actress for the film Ä°htiras Fırtınası (1984) and Best Actress for Amansız Yol (1985). Her discography includes the studio recordings Ä°hanet (1998), AÅk'ın Halleri (2009), and BaÅucu Åarkıları 3 (2015). She achieved professional success with the tracks âDünden Sonra Yarından Ãnceâ (1987) and âSensizâ (2018). In 2024, she was elected president of the Actors Union.
